·         Parking Regulations:  On March 11, 2015 the Franklin Township Board of Trustees adopted a resolution enacting parking regulations within Franklin Township.  For further details click on the links below.

·         Radon Awareness - Radon is a colorless, odorless, and tasteless radioactive gas produced naturally in the environment that enters into homes and buildings through cracks and openings within the foundation.  It’s the leading cause of lung cancer among nonsmokers in the U.S., and it is the second leading cause of lung cancer following tobacco smoking.  Approximately 21,000 people in the U.S. die from lung cancer every year due to prolonged radon exposure.  Testing your home is the only way to know if your home has elevated radon levels.  Franklin County Public Health has free, short-term radon test kits available to Franklin County residents and surrounding counties.

·         Lighting District Process: See the Bulletin Board for information and forms required to petition for street lighting.

·         NOTICE Trash Pickup:  Local Waste picks up trash in Franklin Township on Fridays except for weeks that contain a national holiday.  On weeks when there is a national holiday the trash will then be picked up on Saturday for that week only.
