Recent Announcements & Releases:
· Franklin Township Leaf Collection: Leaf Collection for Franklin Township will begin November 3, 2014 and end on December 5, 2014. Please remember that the leaves have to be raked out to the Right-of-Way, which is the edge of the road, for the Road Department, to pick the leaves up with the leaf vacuum. Do not rake leaves into an alley or into a ditch. Do not rake sticks and limbs onto the leaf piles because this clogs up the leaf vacuum. Please remember that the leaf vacuum has a large vacuum tube and does not do well vacuuming leaves from around mailboxes and poles. Try to keep from piling the leaves around objects. The Road Department will be making multiple trips around the Township starting with the North End and working to the South End in a round robin fashion. You may experience delays during the heavy leaf drop period.
