The Special Meeting of the Franklin Township Board of
Trustees was called to order by Chairman Tim Guyton at 6:13 P.M. on December
2, 2010 at Chairman Guyton gave the welcome.
Chairman Guyton moved to dispense with the Pledge of Allegiance. Trustee Johnson seconded the motion. Vote taken: Guyton, yes, Cook, yes, Johnson, yes. ROLL CALL: Guyton, yes, Cook, yes, Johnson, yes. Brian Savage was in attendance to explain the insurance proposal that the Board presented. Also, in attendance representing the Road Department were Tom Chessir, Garry Parkhurst, Harold Aldridge, and Ron Beatty, along with Local #413 representatives, Bud Raver and Dave Daniels.
RESOLUTION #10-192 EXECUTIVE SESSION Chairman Guyton moved for the adoption of the following Resolution. BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of Franklin Township of Franklin County, Ohio, that the Board goes into Executive Session for negotiation with Local #413. Vice-Chairman Cook seconded the Resolution. The roll was called for its adoption and the vote was as follows: Guyton, yes, Cook, yes, Johnson, yes. The Board went into Executive Session at 6:14 P.M. Chairman Guyton moved to come out of Executive Session at 7:25 P.M. Trustee Johnson seconded the motion. Vote taken: Guyton, yes, Cook, yes, Johnson, yes. Chairman Guyton moved with no further business to discuss and no decisions having been made, to adjourn the meeting.
